Comments about schwinn Coffee 3-speed:

I bought this bike as a commuter, rather than use my high-end bikes. I've been nothing but disappointed.

The seat was more than hard, and the angles were way off from what I'd expect. The stability is so bad, you can barely ride without hanging onto the handlebar at all times. I'm having to replace the stem (which is some odd size and a pain to match), and the pedals, which aren't even good for a 3-mile commute.

This was the first year Schwinn changed to S/M, and L/XL sizing. I feel that they split this poorly. I'm of average height and neither bike was right. The geometry just wasn't there on either size to make it comfortable.

I will pass some of the flimsy construction burden on to the shop I bought it from. I've learned my lesson from going outside of my normal shop!

It's sad that Schwinn isn't bringing a better product to the table these days. I really wanted to like this bike, but it's just not possible.
