    Comments about Sanctuary Women's:

I purchased a Girl's 24" Sanctuary for my wife. It's a cute bicycle with a great retro style look at a good price. Unfortunately, the build quality was not what I remembered from when I was a kid. On unpacking, problems included a severely bent fork, bent/dented fenders, dings and scrapes on the frame, a bent spoke, and a missing bolt for the front reflector. Even the owners manual was ripped and bent up. I would have returned it, but the thought of trying to rebox it was too overwhelming. Instead I called Schwinn and they gave me the option of returning it to the vendor or getting the bad fork replaced. I had them send me a new fork which they did very quickly. I would have liked some touchup paint for the scrapes, but customer service suggested I use nail polish. (Huh?) I guess the quality is pretty much what I would expect for this price range, but it was not what I expect for a bicycle with the Schwinn logo on it.
