Good bike

My first road bike after years of mountain bikes,very good entry level road bike for someone starting out on road riding.Will have to replace the factory pedals with some clip on ones if you want to get the most out of this bike.Got about 500 miles on it and like it very much.Will need an adjustment after the firs 100 miles and then is good to go.

I purchased the Schwinn Fastback from an LBS so I could participate in my school's bike club. It has a very smooth pedaling action, so much so that I forget i'm riding a bike sometimes. This is my first road bike, so it took some time to get used to. Now however, after riding it only four times, it's already having me climb step roads. The cages that come with the pedals occasionally move to the side, so you'll have to readjust your foot. It's probably just my bike, but the front derailleur has trouble going into both first gears. Other than that, it's an excellent bike that will see it self getting upgrades in the future
