Loving it so far!!!
November 30, 2011
My wife and I stopped into a Scheel's store grand opening last spring and were just wandering around browsing, and our three year old daughter hopped on the display model and just took off!!! Seeing her on the little red three wheeler brought back a flood of memories. Needless to say, it was hers and she rode it out of the store. Well she's put thousands of miles on it, dirt, gravel, pavement, grass, you name it and she's biked it. We take her for outings a couple evenings a week and she loves ringing her bell at the cars and waving. We are always getting questions about it and any other kid that see's it loves it. I read the other reviews and I've gotta say, aside from a little rust on the fenders from leaving it outside, which I've found will buff out with a little Mothers, my daughter has definitely gotten the hundred dollars out of it. The adjustable seat means she's gonna get a lot more out of it. She's forty one inches now and it's only on the second notch! I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone and have to all my friends. The only thing I would add would be a little basket option. My daughter is constantly taking her princess dolls for rides and they fall off. Thank you and keep up the good work!!!!

Great Trike
November 4, 2011
Our 2 year old got this for his birthday from my parents. They were impressed with its low center of gravity, real tires, sturdy frame and its good looks. This bike will go over any terrain and our son will ride it on pavement and the lawn. Our neighbor was so impressed that he bought this for his 3 year old and they can't get him off of it! At the moment, I am searching for a replacement front tire and tube, which is normal wear and tear. Overall, this is a great bike.

disappointed
September 25, 2011
My parents bought this trike for my 2 year old's second birthday. The look and design are awesome! After a month the fenders and wheels started to rust, the seat cracked, the wheel bearings are just plastic sleeves that don't "roll smoothly" as stated and the platform is starting to rot! All around a big disappointment in the quality we come to expect from Schwinn!

100% Impressed!

This tricycle was given to my son as a gift from his grandparents. I had the honor, as I always do, of assembly. I don’t know what type of bike the negative reviewer had, or what instructions he was reading, but he didn’t have the same bike I had the pleasure of assembling. The holes all lined up (unless it was upside down) and the paint job was excellent. What I don’t like are the stickers used in place of pinstripes. The seat is comfortable for my son, he loves riding it around the house and outside and the thing is as sturdy as it should be. I’m happy with this bike and give it 5 stars because it was easy to assemble, is a quality bike and my son loves it… plus it even came with the bell!

not typical schwinn quality
September 8, 2011
I always used to think of Schwinn as being good quality, but this was a huge disappointment. First of all, the holes were off where the main frame was to join the rear section. The screw holes did not even come close to lining up. The screws would have twisted off if tried to force it together. Ended up having to take completely apart and reaming holes out to get to fit. Very cheaply painted as well, chipped off already in a lot of places, Fenders were dented in the box. 2 year old would not care, but it was my money and I expected more. I will think twice before buying another schwinn.

Holy Cow, what a trike

We saw this bike at Sam's Club as a one time buy. It looks awesome and is really an eye catcher. We pulled it off the shelf foe our two year old to try it out, and he loved it. It's great because he can speed and won't top over like his other trikes. We bought it for Christmas, so we'll see bow long we can keep it in the box before mom and dad tear into it. The only weird thing was the size range for the bike. The box states it's meant for a kid between 2 and 4 Years old and 28" to 38"... My little guy is already 37.75 inches tall, and had a hard time keeping in touch with the pedals when the seat was on the second position to the handles. So I think the top length of 38" is limiting the kids that can ride it. Otherwise it's a great bike for a little guy! Thanks Schwinn! Kimberley
