Unit will not shut off automatically as instructions advise and there is no way to shut it off manually. Called the number on the instructions and it is a wrong number (Schwinn employee call in #) and security. Have sent them an email. Website no help at all. Junk and the company, which use to be a good company, appears to be ignoring customer support. Sad

worked great for the first 6 months. Now it is giving me really erratic speed readings, when i'm stopped I watched it jump from 10mph to 40mph and then back down to zero over and over again...weird!

Does fine. Rode with a friend who used GPS and it's not as accurate as the GPS, but then for the money you pay for it you shouldn't expect it to be.

……that of previous posters. A friend recommended strava, a free app for iphones. Im sure it's available for all products. This works perfectly!

I installed according to the manual but the computer does not recognize the transmitter. I switched batteries, adjusted the magnet height, tweaked, twisted, spun the transmitter and still nothing. I've installed several wired versions of the same thing successfully. I called the support line, no answer. Website offers no assistance either. HELP, I really want this to work.

Can't figure out how the transmitter is supposed to be configured onto the fork. The one picture doesn't give any detail/perspective. There should be a picture of the finished installation, but there's not. Came to the website hoping for more info, but there is none.
